Barbara MEd, LMHC, brings over 25 years experience in leadership coaching, systems change, relationship management, counseling and adult education to her work with leaders, teams and organizations. Sherry Jennings is an adept facilitator and trainer possessing a passion for doing things right. She has a depth of expertise in board governance and nonprofit experience – directing, developing and implementing marketing strategies, member and public relations programs, monitoring, evaluation and government relations efforts with trade associations and service organizations. For the 10 years prior to becoming a consultant, Sherry was the executive of a $4M national nonprofit organization that adopted the Policy Governance® model. Sherry has been personally trained by Dr. John Carver in the theory and implementation of the Policy Governance model at the UK Academy for Consultants in 2005 in Bristol, England.
