Barbara MEd, LMHC, brings over 25 years experience in leadership coaching, systems change, relationship management, counseling and adult education to her work with leaders, teams and organizations.

Barbara draws on her experience as an executive coach, mediator, group facilitator, and psychotherapist to skillfully bring out what is positive, true and possible. She applies this process especially to communication challenges, conflict resolution, strategic decision-making and innovative solutions to business problems.

Sherry Jennings is an adept facilitator and trainer possessing a passion for doing things right. She has a depth of expertise in board governance and nonprofit experience – directing, developing and implementing marketing strategies, member and public relations programs, monitoring, evaluation and government relations efforts with trade associations and service organizations. For the 10 years prior to becoming a consultant, Sherry was the executive of a $4M national nonprofit organization that adopted the Policy Governance® model. Sherry has been personally trained by Dr. John Carver in the theory and implementation of the Policy Governance model at the UK Academy for Consultants in 2005 in Bristol, England. Sherry’s client list includes American Lamb Board, Back Country Horsemen of America, California Agricultural Leadership Foundation, California Raisin Marketing Board, Cattlemen’s Beef Board, United Soybean Board, Washington Association of Community and Migrant Health Centers, Washington State Dental Lab Association, Washington State MESA.
